Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• It must also be in its original packaging (where applicable).

Money Back Guarantee

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We offer 15-day returns and replacements for eligible items.
Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer unless the product is faulty.

Exceptions

Certain items—like perishable goods, personalised products, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pet grooming tools once used)—may not be eligible for return.
Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
