Where do you deliver? We currently deliver to the UK and EU. All orders are shipped from our warehouse directly to your door.

How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered within 10 business days of placing your order.

Is shipping free? We offer free shipping on orders over £40. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this amount.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at tailoviastore@gmail.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry! Please email us at tailoviastore@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out immediately.

Are your products safe for pets? Absolutely. All Tailovia products are made from natural, pet-safe materials.
