Refund/Return Policy

At Tailovia, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

How to return: Email us at Tailoviastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
